Enjoy an interactive Yoga Class customized for you. With over 11 years of continuing yoga education and over 600 hours of certifications, I can guide through your most perfect yoga experience. Choose from Vinyasa Flow, Healing Hatha, Yin, Partner, Sculpt, Chair, Senior, Kids or Acro in my Trapeze in the Trees. Every Yoga experience begins with Breath work to get the internal body moving, and ends with a Meditation to match your needs. Want to meditate and sing for an hour, or maybe you'd like to enjoy a full blown Shamanic Journey with drums, rattles, singing bowels and beyond. Yoga means Union, and it's my goal to make sure your customized yoga class not only meets you where you are, but brings into balance your physical body, emotional spirit, and meditating mind with both grace and ease. From big kids to small, injuries or on a ball, I've got experience with you all! Let's play.
